Glad you stopped by.  Come and join me on my cheesemaking adventures.  I bought a goat about 20 years ago and fell in love!  In love with the animals (both goats and cows), the processes and the science behind making cheese.  I've made cheese in my own kitchen for years and made cheese commericially for awhile, too.  I prefer the small vat, artisan styles, particularly the French types. 
 
My first book, Homemade Cheese (Voyageur Press, 2011) just went into the second printing.  Thank you for your support!  Look forward to the Goat Keeper's Companion (also with Voyageur) in 2013.  A huge thank you to the editors at Voyaguer!
